Carsten is an internationally acclaimed environmental photographer and communicator with a passion to communicate the Arctic wildlife and peoples of the north. Carsten has an PhD in Arctic Biology and has worked many years as a researcher in Arctic Seabirds. “Although I have a background in science, I work mostly with my photography these days. “I feel a strong urge – almost an obligation – to communicate my fantastic Greenland experiences to a broad audience. The natural beauty of Greenland is unmatched in the World but the environment of the Arctic is also extremely vulnerable”
